While not the primary purpose of our services, this is a secondary benefit.

Our process will recover that lost data like pictures and emails from the phone itself o the SD card that was inserted into the phone. Content saved on a SD card depends on the settings for the phone

How To Send Us A Phone

Call First.

We have documents that must be completed prior to starting a forensics exam on your cellular device.

Those forms will be emailed, you sign and return them with the phone shipment.

UPS or FED EX signature confirmation is recommended method.

Once we have the phone, and evidence is preserved, you will be given the unabridged report and if you contract with us to do the intelligence filtering we will generate a second filtered report connecting the dots with the parameters that you establish.

The data recovered from the forensic recovery will also be given to you in electronic format. The is a recovery ftom the phone and will contain everything available including deleted data when available)

Steps to take preserve data.

Isolate device from network (does NOT mean turn it off) (Airplane Mode)
DO NOT try using one of the USB recovery sticks you find on the internet.
DO NOT operate device. (a quick peak at anything will affect and corrupt data)
DO take steps to prevent device from locking up or screen locked status.
DO take steps to prevent battery from shutting down.
Send device to our Forensic examiner immediately or have them come to you.

We will come to you if possible and needed, if we can't, we can give you additional steps to take.
